Plan to Protect

Information and Forms on how to complete the Plan to Protect requirements:

1. Serving opportunity pamphlet – Outlining the process of becoming a volunteer. CLICK HERE

2. Criminal Record Check – Submit a recent original with vulnerable sector check included. Please pick up a letter from McLaurin Baptist/Camp Wapiti Office for a discounted rate. 10202-99 St Grande Prairie

3. Child Intervention Services Check – Email form to CS.IRCNorth @gov.ab.ca along with 2 pieces of government issued ID.
