Who is camp for?
Camp Wapiti is for everyone and has been made up of many people over the years. From the staff to the volunteers that make every summer a blast. To the board who takes care of the camp. Most importantly, however, Camp Wapiti is made up of campers of all ages. From our family camps to our day camps, Camp has a place for you!

Camp Wapiti is a Bible camp that seeks to provide youth and children with a warm welcome and a nature based experience of fun, fellowship, and personal growth in the beautiful outdoors!
Where are we Located?
South of Grande Prairie Alberta by about 15 Minutes. The Camp is by the dunes. Once you reach the dunes follow the signs on the gravel road and they will lead you down to the camp!

When was camp founded?
Camp Wapiti was founded by Bob Neufeld in 1963. It has been running almost every summer since for the past 59 years!

Camp Wapiti’s Purpose Statement!
The purpose of Camp Wapiti is to lead people to salvation and maturity in Christ, by loving them and helping them encounter God both in the Bible and nature. It accomplishes this purpose as an inter-generational community in partnership with the participating churches (McLaurin Baptist Church and Webster Community Church) and under the direction of godly leadership and staff.
