Since 1963 Camp Wapiti has been helping people, young and old, encounter God in nature.  From our beginnings of running Camp from the trunks of cars, we have always had this goal in mind.  Camp Wapiti truly is God’s Camp.  You see it in every camper’s smile, every sway of a tree, every little critter (and the big ones too), and every whisper of the wind.

Spend some time walking the trails, swinging on the Sand Swing, creating in the Craft Shack, eating and laughing in our Dining Hall, or sitting quietly and listening to the “night sounds” at the Upper Campfire.

God has some Great things for you, and we hope you’ll come join us for the best Summer you’ve ever had.

hahahaha this camp is the best one ive ever been to! im 12 and when i went to this camp i found friends, interesting fact about wildlife, God, and hahahhaa how to TRY to start a fire, and great leaders! in the craft shack i created lots of interesting items, such as my leaf colection, i also got to collect cool bugs and i got the special treatment of getting wrapped in plastic wrap! on about the 3rd day my friend and i were going on a long trail. it was a game kinda thing, but what we found was amazing! we found a large skull! we werent exactly sure of what kind it was but it was kool! when we showed the leaders they were like WOW! and put it on display in the mess hall! its there to this very day! and every group gets to try to make a “believable” story on what it was and how it died!, and that was only a fraction of an inch of what all happened there! but i cant ruin the surpise! hope i see ya there!
